Roadster Interior Handle Cable

Door handle cables snap due to poor maintenance or general wear and tear. Here is how to change them.

Remove the exterior door panel and disconnect the exterior door handle. Feel through the weather shield in the area marked below. You should feel the raise bump of a Torx15 screw head.

Push the Torx screwdriver through the weather shield and loosen the screw. Don’t drop it inside the door.

With that screw out, the interior door handle will be free to pull out of the door card.
