The 453 has a far more common fitment of PCD 100mm with a centre bore of 60.1mm

That means you are just limited to smart 453 wheels to use for a spare. There are a lot of cars that have actual proper space saver spare wheels available. Go onto eBay and find a 15″ or 16″ (to match your existing wheels) narrow space saver wheel for one of the following cars. The narrow wheel means you don’t have to be concerned about the offset number.
