Reversing Camera – 453

If you spent out a shit load of cash on the reversing camera, you may as well save some money on the coding. It’s something you can do yourself easily using DDT4All and a laptop.

Coding The Reversing Camera

Launch DDT4All on your computer and connect to the car.

In the 2nd box on the left, look for Navigation or MFD (Multi-function Display), double click it.

What Are The 6 Parameters?

1 – Display message that the rear camera won’t work if the boot hatch isn’t properly closed.
2 – Disables the rear view camera when the boot hatch is opened.
3 – Rear view camera is fitted.
4 – Dynamic reversing lines that move with the steering wheel.
5 – Fixed reversing lines that don’t move with the steering wheel.
6 – Reverse guide type settings.
