There are a few good reasons to remove the door panel, the obvious one is to replace it with a new one that hasn’t been scuffed up by some middle aged woman opening her door into yours in a carpark.Door panel removal also assists in the fitting of replacement speakers, changing the glass and door handle cables.

All you need is a standard set of Torx screwdrivers and a bit of patience.
