The 450, Euro 451 and Roadster standard gear knobs are all the same. Plus they all come off in the same way too which usually involves you smacking yourself in the face.

You Have To Pull

Straddle the gear stick, grab the knob firmly with both hands and pull straight up. Don’t press the button on the side as you pull or you will break it.

It will suddenly come free from the shaft and you’ll smack yourself in the face. You can now fit a better gear knob like the Brabus one or one of the 3rd party ones available.
