Why Remove The Door Panel?

The main one is to replace a damage panel with one that hasn’t been damaged by an old lady hitting it with a trolley in the supermarket car park. Perhaps you are changing the panels to that of a different colour. It’s a necessary step for changing the door wiring loom if you are fitting electric adjustable wing mirrors, or adjusting/changing the glass, fitting new handle cables, sorting out electric window or lock problems etc.

Getting the door panel off and back on take a bit of time and you only need some Torx screwdrivers.
