The first thing to know is these are disgracefully expensive. You could spend over £200 for 4.
They are available from most smart dealers, I haven’t seen any cheap copies yet. However, they do look good, they are the silver bits behind the front wheels and infront of the rear wheels.

They don’t do anything apart from make the car look slightly more aggressive.They are very easy to fit and take almost no time to do so.

All you need is a Torx screwdriver, a normal screwdriver and a few self tapping screws.
